Ingredients:
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 banana halves (lengthwise)
1 tbsp melted butter
Frozen yogurt
Toasted almonds
Chopped chocolate and/or raspberries
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Mix one tablespoon brown sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Cut four bananas in half (lengthwise).
Brush with one tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
Wrap in foil and broil until golden, about 3 minutes.
Top with frozen yogurt, toasted almonds and chopped chocolate and/or raspberries.
